This project consisted of working with tight site constraints and difficult soil conditions. An existing sidewalk was to remain and the skate park to fit inside the perimeter. West worked with a skate park specialty designer which delivered conceptual designs, West prepared contract documents, attended community meetings, and performed as the General Contractor. This project involved an innovative construction approach to keep costs down for the Owner.
