The project involved the design and budgeting analysis of three build-ings located at 550 Northwood Road. The analysis included feasibility options for different scenarios: 1) Renovation of the existing building, 2) Demolition of buildings to maximize building potential including a 2-story building and a plaza. The main concept was to bring the archi-tecture of the buildings back to the era when they were originally con-structed while respecting the history of the area.
