The project involves the renovation of an existing one story, commercial building.
The building facades were designed to give the building a more modern
“Retail” character while emphasizing the entry. Additional windows were
added for product display and to bring natural light into the building. The parapets
were raised to give the building more presents on the street and maximize
signage. The parking and landscaping were revised to bring the site up
to code and to compliment the new building design.
