This project consisted of improvements include clearing, grubbing, grading, paving, wheelstops, signing and marking, construction of drainage, watermain, wastewater liftstation and forcemain, one (1) soccer field including fine grading, topsoil, Bermuda sodding, goals, soccer field sports lighting, one (1) soccer field including grading, Bahia sodding, not lit or irrigated, three (3) baseball fields including fine grading, clay, topsoil, sodding, bullpens, bases, fencing, dugouts, baseball field sports lighting, two (2) batting cages, 1,600 sqft concession/restroom building, dumpster enclosure, parking lot lighting, landscape, irrigation well and irrigation system. The work consisted of maintenance of traffic, dewatering, following all permit conditions, and restoration as required for a complete functional project.
