Pine Trails Park project consisted of 4 ball fields and 4 multipurpose fields as well as wet and dry detention, parking, two buildings, and other ancillary features.  The project required fast tracking the multipurpose fields, parking area, and associated features for a tournament. The project faced several challenges once started including wetland mitigation, muck, and cap rock. The project was delivered on time in spite of the unforeseen issues
