This project involved site clearance and preparation with excavation and hauling 65,000 cubic yards of fill. There was site utilities with water, sewer with lift station, drainage and two retention ponds on-site. The parking included 67 spaces with four allotted for Handicap. The construction of the fields included soccer fields, baseball and softball fields with the goals, bleachers, stands and dugouts for complete accommodation of sports activities.

The building construction included one 2,327 square foot Maintenance building and one 728 square foot Restroom Building. The Site Work included Irrigation system, fencing and landscaping for a truly functional Athletic complex.
