The project includes interior and exterior alterations of the existing AUTEC Federal Building in West Palm Beach, Florida. This work includes the complete buildout of a new customer service center including offices, conference/training rooms, reception windows, reception waiting area, and customer restrooms. The project also includes renovation and expansion of four GSA building restroom, exterior water intrusion repairs including roofs, expansion joints and exterior fiberglass panel replacement, replacement of existing storefront windows & installation of new windows, security & accessibility upgrades, and the installation of a new Dedicated Outdoor Air Handling Unit (DOAHU).
