The building is a CBS structure with both a flat roof consisting of
lightweight concrete with a standing seam and Merchant and Evans Loadmaster System hip roofs at the two elevated towers. The building has some 30 offices for road sergeants, lieutenants and detectives as well as report-writing areas, line-up room, fitness room and community room for local HOA’s to use. The building has one of the most
extensive electronic card access systems on the market today. The
site was developed for use primarily for the Sheriff’s Department but also has additional land and overflow parking for any community and special events.
