This project consists of a demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a new facility. There are retail shops on the first level of the building and apartment units and common areas on the upper two levels. The architectural style was designed to be an extension of FSU’s and FAMU’s brick clad buildings and compliment the industrial heritage of the surrounding area. |
