Fifty-two (52) acre site with asphalt roadway & concrete pavement; curb and gutters; four large storm water retention ponds; 300 space parking; 850,000SF sodded areas; high security intrusion detection & entry avoidance systems including barbed- wire chain link fence with interior/exterior clear zones; motion detection; surveillance cameras; crash beam gates; pop-up vehicle barriers; vehicle trap area; motorized rolling cantilever gates; cable vehicle barrier perimeter extending into each of the retention ponds.
Site structures include 126,000SF - 200' high satellite assembly building; 26,000SF single-story utility annex building; 8,000SF single-story access control facility & tech support building; waste fuel & oxidizer processing area with vent stacks for waste processing; wind sock &
area warning lights; high pressure gas farm & transfer station; fuel tank storage area; tanker spill containment loading area; cooling towers; emergency-eye wash stations & emergency evacuation assembly areas.
