Construction of a multi-purpose building at Phil Foster Park. Consisted of a 5,691 SF concrete block building with associated sidewalks,drainage, utilities, landscaping and installation of buoys and float markers at the existing swim area. Also completed an extensive $4.5 Million renovation of the entire park. This building was an additional phase. |
