The scope of the project includes renovating a portion of two floors of an existing apartment building into additional apartments, bathrooms and modifying the kitchen areas. The building is used to house the executives and ex-pat’s working for BR. The work included modifying HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems to serve the new renovation. The total floor area of the building is16,300 SF. The area of the renovation is 2,000 SF.
