The scope of the project includes renovating three floors of an existing shell building into offices, apartments and community spaces. The building isused to house the executives and ex-pat’s working for BR and to provide office space for their use. The community spaces include a commercial kitchen and dining areas, a gym, a billiard’s area and a lounge. The work included adding HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and devices to serve the new renovation. The total floor area of the building is 17,500 SF.
