This project is an interior and exterior renovation of an existing 1950’s office building. The new exterior design creates a presence on the street while respecting the architectural vocabulary of the 1950’s era. The interior is an open plan design which allows for increased communication, better flow and functionality as well as privacy for the patients. Both the exterior and interior allow for flexibility in the future for the building to be converted into four bays as it was originally designed.
