Design of a two-story (2,695 SF) addition to an existing (7,742 SF) single story community center located in Riviera Beach, Florida. It is located on the west end of an existing courtyard and was designed to blend in seamlessly with the existing architecture. The building is used for an after school program and includes a game room, conference room, class room, office, break room, computer room, restrooms, elevator and stair.
