BR (Buchanan Renewables) is a Maintenance / Truck facility to care for a fleetof 18- wheeler trucks and heavy equipment. The facility is situated on a 40acre parcel of land located in Buchanan, Liberia. Our scope of services includes the Project Management, Design and Construction for the site and the multiple buildings encompassing approximately 60,000 SF of enclosed buildings,a fueling facility and a truck wash, plus the utility infrastructure. The infrastructure consists of a water plant, power plant and sewer treatment areas. The buildings range in use from Service and Repair buildings, Offices, Driver Waiting Building, Entrance Guard Building, Security Towers, Clinic and Grounds Workshop.
