Phase 1 consists of an open space park with a new restroom and<br \/>\nstorage building (720 SF) and 3 new separate dog parks. The overall site is to be mitigated of past pollution and abuse, and to receive<br \/>\nlandscaping, walking paths with picnic areas, and a new lake. The site will be split with a winding road containing on-street parking and traffic calming methods. Each dog park is to receive a Gazebo, walking paths, landscaping, and a joint dog wash area, all enclosed with fencing. The restroom\/storage building will provide a compact location for all<br \/>\nutilitarian needs of the visitors and maintenance crew.
