Phase One is general improvements to the infrastructure of the facilities to benefit the NPA and all port users. Phase Two will include additional upgrades specific to BR operations with a goal to improve efficiencies and to reduce the impact on the existing Commercial Quay. Phase Three will include the construction of BR’s floating quay and breakwater extension.
