Design Build a new neighborhood park facility of 28.56 acres located on N.W. Jannebo Street, Port St Lucie, Florida for the city of Port St Lucie. Consideration was given to homeowners along all sides of the park relative to security, noise levels, location of building and structures, along with ease of access to the park and facilities. The design proposal con-formed to the park masterplan while maximizing reuse of the existing elements.
